You and your guests will settle into the exclusive 4,000 bottle Wine Library in Mauritson winery. Located in Dry Creek Valley - you will be indulged with decadent courses such as butter poached Maine lobster with California caviar and prime filet with Hudson Valley fois gras and black truffles.

Wines will be the best of the best “cult” wines - think epic library selections, 95-99 point wines and “unicorn” single vineyard wines. For one of the courses, you may choose any bottle in the cellar that you would like to open!
